We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable demolition technician and driver to lead our demoltion crews and handle transportation of debris using a pickup-dump trailer combination. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction and demolition, excels in leadership and takes pride in completing high-quality work. Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day demolition operations at residential and commercial job sites
• Interpret and work from blueprints, project plans and scope-of-work documents
• Perform hands-on demolition work: removal of all types of flooring, kitchens, bathrooms
• Accurately complete on-site estimates for demolition work, materials needed, and disposal costs
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Drive and maneuver all types of vehicles including but not limited to pickup truck with dump trailer combination
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe and compliant with OSHA and company standards
• Lead and motivate a small team of laborers, ensuring productivity and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with clietns, subcontractors, and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order
• Document work performed and report to project managers as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction/demolition experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience preparing and delivering accurate job estimates
• Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Skilled in full-demolition jobs (walls, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings to include suspended ceilings, 
• Valid driver's license with a clean diriving record
• Proficient in towing and maneuvering dump trailers as well as driving/maneuvering other large trucks
• Strong leadership , organizational and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, andprofessional in appearance and conduct
• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor in various conditions
• Heavy equipment experience preferred, but not required (forklift, skidsteer, excavator, etc)
• CDL preferred but not required
